စာရင်းရှင်းကို Naing Linn က Naing Linn Builds အမည်ဖြင့် တည်ဆောက်ပြီး စီမံထားပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်နဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး မေးစရာရှိရင် nainglinnbuilds@gmail.com ကို ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

• Account information: your Google account identifier, email address, and display name.
• Financial records you enter: account or ledger names, amounts, dates, debt and repayment records, income, expenses, categories, notes, and optional contact details.
• Sharing information: invitations, collaborator email addresses, and owner, editor, or viewer permissions for ledgers you choose to share.
• Sync information: record identifiers, timestamps, pending operations, and conflict or recovery metadata needed to keep local and cloud copies consistent.
• Technical information: app version, device and operating-system details, crash diagnostics, and installation identifiers used by Firebase services.
• Notification information: a notification token may be created when push notifications are available and enabled.

Google အကောင့် email နဲ့ နာမည်၊ ကိုယ်တိုင်ထည့်ထားတဲ့ ငွေပမာဏ၊ ရက်စွဲ၊ အကြွေး၊ ဆပ်ငွေ၊ ဝင်ငွေ၊ အသုံးစရိတ်၊ မှတ်ချက်နဲ့ မျှဝေခွင့်တွေကို app က ကိုင်တွယ်ပါတယ်။ App crash ဖြစ်တဲ့အခါ ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်ဖို့ app version၊ ဖုန်းအမျိုးအစားနဲ့ error အချက်အလက်အချို့ကိုလည်း Firebase က ပို့နိုင်ပါတယ်။

We use information only to provide and maintain the app, including to:

• sign you in and keep your records associated with the correct account;
• save records on your device and synchronize them with your cloud account;
• let you export, restore, and share the records you choose;
• deliver service-related notifications when that feature is enabled;
• check app-update settings and diagnose crashes or reliability problems; and
• respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.

We do not sell your personal information. Saryin Shin does not include advertising and does not use Firebase Analytics.

အကောင့်ဝင်ရန်၊ စာရင်းကိုဖုန်းနဲ့ cloud မှာ သိမ်းပြီး sync လုပ်ရန်၊ ကိုယ်ရွေးထားတဲ့စာရင်းကို export၊ restore နဲ့ share လုပ်ရန်၊ update စစ်ရန်နဲ့ app error ပြင်ရန်အတွက်သာ သုံးပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်ကို ရောင်းချတာ၊ ကြော်ငြာပြတာနဲ့ Firebase Analytics သုံးတာ မရှိပါဘူး။

Records are stored in a local SQLite database on your device so the app can continue to work offline. When you are signed in, records are also synchronized to Supabase so they can be recovered and used across authorized devices and shared ledgers.

Network traffic to supported cloud services uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. The app does not add a separate encryption layer to the local SQLite database. Device access controls and operating-system protections therefore remain important.

CSV exports and recovery files are not encrypted by Saryin Shin. Store them somewhere you trust and delete copies you no longer need.

Offline သုံးနိုင်ဖို့ စာရင်းတွေကို ဖုန်းထဲက SQLite database မှာ သိမ်းပါတယ်။ အကောင့်ဝင်ထားရင် Supabase cloud နဲ့လည်း sync လုပ်ပါတယ်။ Local database ကို app က သီးသန့် encryption ထပ်မလုပ်ထားပါဘူး။ CSV နဲ့ recovery file တွေလည်း encrypted မဟုတ်တာကြောင့် ကိုယ်ယုံကြည်ရတဲ့နေရာမှာပဲ သိမ်းထားပါ။

The app relies on a small number of service providers:

• Google Sign-In for authentication.
• Supabase for account sessions, cloud database storage, synchronization, and shared-ledger permissions.
• Firebase Crashlytics for crash diagnostics.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging for service notifications when used.
• Firebase Remote Config for app-update configuration.

အကောင့်ဝင်ရန် Google Sign-In၊ cloud သိမ်းဆည်းခြင်းနဲ့ sync အတွက် Supabase၊ crash စစ်ရန်၊ notification နဲ့ update setting အတွက် Firebase ဝန်ဆောင်မှုတွေကို သုံးထားပါတယ်။

We do not make your records public. When you choose to share a ledger, the people you invite can access it according to the viewer or editor permission you assign. Do not include information in a shared ledger that the invited people should not see.

ကိုယ်တိုင် share လုပ်ထားတဲ့စာရင်းကိုသာ ဖိတ်ထားသူတွေက ပေးထားတဲ့ viewer သို့ editor permission အတိုင်း ကြည့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ အများမြင်အောင် အလိုအလျောက်တင်တာ မရှိပါဘူး။

We keep your cloud account and owned records while your account remains active. You can delete your account from inside the app. This removes ledgers you own and their records from the cloud and your device, and removes your access to ledgers shared with you.

Records you added to a ledger owned by someone else may remain in that ledger without your account identity so the owner's record history is not broken. Service providers may retain limited backups or diagnostics for the periods described in their own policies or where required by law.

App ထဲကနေ အကောင့်ဖျက်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်ပိုင်စာရင်းနဲ့ မှတ်တမ်းတွေကို cloud နဲ့ ဖုန်းကနေဖျက်ပြီး ကိုယ့်ကို share ထားတဲ့စာရင်းတွေကို ဆက်သုံးခွင့်ဖြုတ်ပါမယ်။ သူတစ်ပါးပိုင်စာရင်းမှာ ကိုယ်ထည့်ခဲ့တဲ့ မှတ်တမ်းတွေကတော့ အကောင့်နာမည်မပါဘဲ ကျန်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

• Export supported records as CSV before deleting or changing accounts.
• Control who can view or edit each shared ledger.
• Remove shared access or stop sharing a ledger.
• Delete your app account and associated owned data.
• Contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information.

CSV ထုတ်ယူခြင်း၊ share permission ပြင်ခြင်း၊ share ပိတ်ခြင်းနဲ့ အကောင့်အပြီးဖျက်ခြင်းတွေကို ကိုယ်တိုင်လုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ မလုပ်နိုင်တဲ့အခြေအနေမှာ developer email ကို ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။

Saryin Shin is not designed for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

စာရင်းရှင်းကို ကလေးများအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်တည်ဆောက်ထားတာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ကလေးတစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် ပါလာတယ်လို့ ယူဆရင် developer email ကို ဆက်သွယ်ပါ။

We may update this policy when the app or its service providers change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Material changes will be communicated in the app or through an appropriate release notice when practical.
